Alphabet Conversion Guides

The Arabic alphabet is not so different from the English (or Roman) alphabet. Surprisingly enough, both of these writing forms originated from the same source, the Phoenician alphabet, a few thousands of years ago. Arabic has 29 letters, just three more letters than English. It is true that Arabic writing can appear a little complicated at first, and arguably is - this is not only because the language is written in the reverse, right to left order, but also because the letters change in shape slightly depending on whether they appear in the beginning, middle, or end of a word. However, with a few minutes of practice, one starts to get a hang of the way the language is written. Soon after, it will become second nature.

If you are not familiar with the Arabic alphabet and its scripting, these documents will be of great use to you.
